Tabernacle Children’s Ministries is an outreach ministry of Good News Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  The goal of this ministry is to minister to children, reaching them with the Gospel and training others to be effective in evangelism and discipleship.  It is our belief that God has called us to this ministry as an essential part of the local church.

Since 1980 we have worked in full time ministry.  In 1988 we attended children’s ministry leadership training and have worked since that time with boys and girls.

Since 1993 our team members have included the Eppersons.  Working secular jobs, they have worked along with us in many events.   Currently, Susan feels called to full time service in children’s ministry.  Her husband Wayne fully supports this call and works in the ministry as much as possible.
